牛志晔，生于北京大兴。1992年毕业于北京实用美术专科学校。现为美协会员。近10年来，创作出大量茆奖作品，在新加坡，日本举办展览并赴日进行学术交流，其作品主要选材于北京传统建筑，京郊乡村小景和江南水乡。绘画风格追求清新自然，恬淡宁静，充满了野趣。悄然无息静静如梦如幻般意境悠远，使心灵得以超脱净化，毫无浮躁之感。
　　Niu Zhiye,was born in Daxing Country Beijing .in 1992,he grabuateb from the Beijing Vocatonal Fine Arts College.He is amember of Chinese Artists Japan.The subject matter of his paintings is trabitional Beijing architecture,suburban scene anb landscape of Yangtze river.Niu Zhiye's paintings capture the tranquil and refreshing aspects of nature.
